"I Have"s, "I Am"s, "I Will"s

Yeah, it's one of those typical reflection posts... and true to my nature, it was posted a bit late - but hey, I gotta stay true to myself, ai? ;)

And yes, it's very brief ... thank your lucky stars. ;)

So here goes - some bits of my 2004:
--------------

I've had an early experience of the drudgeries involved in working for the legal profession.

I'm glad that I never had rose-coloured glasses where this subject was concerned.

I'll try my best to not act like my typical klutz self when joining the rest there. :p

... x

I've battled the strange fear of living under the same roof as my parents and sister, being rusty at it after 13 years... and even survived. ;)

I'm that much better prepared to face the possibility of having to do it again.

I'll try (yet and yet again) to make my spoken Mandarin and Hokkien sound less vulgar. ;)

... x

I've lived through bad hair jobs, both in terms of colour and perms. ;)

I'm still at a loss as to what to the mop.

I'll... figure something out. ;)

... x

I've accumulated the most amazing wounds and bruises in the space of 7 months - in terms of both numbers and size.

I'm utterly hopeless in board sports - fact obtained from having tried 3 of them in the same space of time... but I still love them.

I'll... try to be less injury-prone? :p

... x

I've had two kitchen accidents... enough to put me off for a lifetime, really. ;)

I'm the worst cook alive - and proud of it - so nyer!

I'll prolly take up cooking lessons la - someday, someday.

... x

I've moved 3 countries.

I'm still not sick of moving... but:

I'll quit the hobo lifestyle soon.

... x

I've had my greatest wish granted.

I'm ready to let go.

I'll grow from the experience.

... x

Happy 2005, y'all. :)
